Freedom Through Parenting is a one-day, live podcast-a-thon created to help parents slow down, think clearly, and make more intentional decisions about how they raise their children.
This event brings together parents, mental health professionals, wellness advocates, and individuals with lived experience to explore how everyday parenting choices—often made on autopilot—can quietly shape a child’s long-term health, emotional well-being, and life trajectory.
This is not a space for parenting rules, rigid systems, or one-size-fits-all advice.
It is a space for perspective, reflection, and options.
Throughout the day, conversations will include:
Each session is designed to offer clarity without judgment—helping parents consider different approaches, ask better questions, and make small, thoughtful shifts that can lead to meaningful change over time.
The goal is simple but powerful: to help parents move from reacting to situations… to parenting with intention.
Below, you’ll find the confirmed speakers and the specific topics they’ll be discussing during the Freedom Through Parenting Podcast-a-thon. As guests are confirmed, their photos and session descriptions will be added here.
Whether you join for one conversation or stay for the entire day, this experience is an invitation to reflect, learn, and leave with ideas you can actually use—at your own pace, in your own family, in your own way.
